„2014. aastal lõpetasin Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkooli teedeehituse inseneri eriala. Juba enne õpingute lõppu liitusin Tallinna Teede Aktsiaselts meeskonnaga, alustades tööd järelevalve osakonnas, kus töötasin kokku kolm aastat. Seejärel liikusin edasi teekatte taastus- ja hooldusremondi valdkonda ning töötasin asfaltimeeskonna juhina, juhtides igapäevast tööprotsessi ja meeskonna tegevust. 2025. aastal asusin tööle asfalteerimistööde objektijuhina, kus minu peamisteks ülesanneteks on Tallinna linna teekatte hooldusremondi tööde planeerimine ja teostamine. Lisaks Tallinna linna hooldusremondile olen saanud teha mitmeid erinevaid töid nii teekatte taastusremondi valdkonnas kui ka juhtides väiksemaid projekte algusest lõpuni. Suheldes tellija ja järelevalvega on olnud eesmärgiks saavutada parim võimalik kõiki osapooli rahuldav tulemus. Aastate jooksul olen saanud väärtuslikku kogemust erinevatel ametikohtadel, mis on aidanud kujundada laiapõhjalise teadmiste- ja kontaktivõrgustiku. See on andnud mulle kindluse oma töös ning võimaluse pidevalt areneda oma valdkonnas. Minu teekonna jooksul on Tallinna Teede Aktsiaselts olnud mulle tugevaks toeks – ettevõte on pakkunud arenguvõimalusi, suunanud koolitustele ning julgustanud uusi väljakutseid vastu võtma. Tunnen, et kuulun tugevasse ja toetavasse meeskonda ning hindan kõrgelt kõiki kolleege, kes on olnud osa minu arenguteest. Usun, et ees ootab veel palju põnevaid väljakutseid ja võimalusi."
Head of the Road Maintenance Department
„I come from Tallinn and road construction has been my calling for several generations. I graduated from Tallinn University of Applied Sciences in road construction, and my entire working life has been connected with building, maintaining and managing roads. I started my career in 1994 at the Tallinn Road Administration as a foreman, responsible for organising asphalting and paving works in the city of Tallinn, including the Old Town. In 1996 I became head of District I, responsible for organising maintenance repair for half of the city of Tallinn and managing the daily work. In 2000 I continued as a leading specialist in the production division, where my duties already covered planning and coordinating maintenance repair for the entire city of Tallinn. Since 2002 I have led the road maintenance division at Tallinna Teede AS, today known as the road maintenance department. My area of responsibility includes Tallinn's maintenance repair, smaller road maintenance works around the capital, restoring utility trenches for various companies and smaller road repairs for housing associations. Over the years I have gained valuable experience in the practical organisation of works, team management and planning large-scale works. I consider consistency, a sense of responsibility and well-done work to be the most important. I am characterised by the proverb: "Row slowly and you will go far." I believe that persistence and determination achieve the best results."
