The laboratory of Tallinna Teede Aktsiaselts operates in accordance with the principles of the company’s management system and complies with applicable national and departmental normative documents in Estonia.
The main fields of activity of the laboratory are the testing of asphalt mixtures and pavements and aggregates. In our work we follow the principles of impartiality, professionalism and high expertise, ensuring purposeful and high-quality execution at every stage.

The Tallinna Teede AS laboratory is the Estonian Accreditation Centre (EAK) accredited testing laboratory (L153), in compliance with the standard EVS-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.

Conducting the procedure
The complainant is notified of the receipt of the complaint and the initiation of the procedure by email. If the complaint cannot be resolved within 30 days, the complainant is additionally notified.
During the procedure, all relevant circumstances are clarified and, if necessary, written explanations are collected from employees related to the case. The outcome of the complaint procedure is reviewed and confirmed by a person designated by the company manager who is not related to the case.
