Tallinna Teede AS payment terms and procedure
The payment term is generally 21 days for construction works and 7 days for services from the issue of the invoice, unless agreed otherwise. Payment is deemed made on the day it is received in the bank account of Tallinna Teede AS.
If the payment term is exceeded, the customer is obliged to pay late-payment interest of 0.2% of the unpaid amount for each calendar day of delay, starting from the day following the payment term until the full performance of the obligation. This interest rate applies if no other terms have been agreed in the contract concluded between the parties. If a contract exists, the terms set out in the contract apply.
If the Buyer has failed to fulfil the obligation, Tallinna Teede AS has the right to assign the claim and/or transfer it to a third party for collection. The Buyer is obliged to reimburse Tallinna Teede AS and/or the third party for the costs incurred in collecting the claim.
